9:30 to 11:30am. Peer support presents a workshop that focuses on the causes and sources of anxiety, how to spot anxiety in your life, and how to manage these feelings.

Aug 09, 2010 - How to Talk to Teens
August 9-10, 16-17. 9:30-11:30am. This Family Focus workshop focuses on techniques that parents can use when communicating with teenage children.

Aug 04, 2010 - Intro to Windows
9:30 - Noon. This Computer Lab workshop demonstrates how the new Windows 7 operating system can be used. Includes instruction on saving, opening and deleting files.

This peer support group examines the aspects of relationships that make them positive forces in everyday life. It starts at 9:30am and runs until Noon.
